This workshop will focus on restorative techniques to create a sense of grounding and calm. As humans leading complex lives, we are often pulled in many directions, causing distraction from our own needs. Let’s take time together to pause, to break away from this cycle of exhaustion as we reset.
We will begin our time by releasing the weight of stressors in our lives through written expression. We will utilize guided meditation as we connect with our breath to help set the tone for our time together. I will guide you through gentle movement as you settle into restorative yoga postures and ease into rest and relaxation.
It can feel difficult to give ourselves permission to rest. This workshop will be grounded in patience and self-compassion. You will be encouraged to have grace with yourself throughout. You are worthy of rest. Be kind to yourself.
