When we enter into the new year, we are often flooded with an eagerness to begin again. Yet somewhere along the way the “realness” of life and the happenings of the world around us can begin to bear their weight.
Perhaps life shifted unexpectedly or you lost sight of the intentions you set. Maybe this year did not feel like a particularly symbolic year of renewal, but rather a draining and difficult one.
Let’s Begin Again…
Take this as an opportunity to practice pausing from your ever forward moving life to create stillness as you breathe your deepest breath.
This workshop will encourage you to reclaim your connection between your body and mind as you reignite your belief in yourself and in your abilities. You will feel empowered to redetermine how you want to face the next day.
In this workshop we will practice various forms of care to renew the connection with our bodies and minds as we take time to reset and reinvigorate.
During our session we will…
create space for community
sit in stillness to connect with our breath
utilize written expression for reflection
flow through yoga postures (all levels welcome) to reignite our confidence within
rest in restorative poses for time to rejuvenate
Most importantly, receive encouragement to have patience and grace with yourself
This offering is an excellent way to reconnect with yourself if you are feeling disconnected with yourself or where you want to be. It can be difficult to maintain motivation and endurance as we pursue our goals - let this be an opportunity for you to reclaim the path you set out on.
