I have journeyed through much of my life under the false belief that perfection is attainable - I understand how difficult it can be to ease the tension of expectation, even when it is self-perceived.

As it turns out, we as humans are fallible… so, “F**k It”, let’s allow ourselves permission to let go of the false idea of perfection and create!

Through this workshop we will explore the power of creative expression as we practice art journaling using mixed media.

You will receive a gently loved (used) book to use as the foundation of your art journal.

All art supplies will be provided for use during the session. Feel free to bring along any inspirational words, quotes, or images you have saved for this moment!
